We make an effort to provide the best customer service to ensure you have the highest satisfaction with our products.
During the checkout process, you will be given the complete terms of your purchase. Included in those terms is your understanding and acknowledgement related to the ingredients of the products you have ordered. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the return policy.
Please note that your receipt and credit card/bank statement will say Heal From Within, LLC for both purchases and refunds.
We are bound by the US FDA regulations. Salus Nutraceuticals’ products have not been evaluated by the FDA, and we make no claims as to the benefits of any of our products.
Upon receiving the returned merchandise with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by our Customer Service, Salus Nutraceuticals/ Heal From Within LLC will immediately refund or replace our products purchased under the following circumstances:
All of our products are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please check your shipment carefully upon receipt to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. The outer carton of the shipment will always receive some amount of wear and tear, but there are situations where the damage is severe enough to cause damage to the contents in the box, such as broken glass containers in which the product has become unusable. In these cases, please call or email our customer service to place your claim for damaged product within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide detailed information and photographs if possible related to the product damaged during shipping. We will either issue an immediate refund for that product, or provide a replacement shipment per your request. Any refunds due will be processed within 5 business days from the time of notification to our PhytoLogica Customer Service and it will be refunded to the same payment method used for the order.
If for any reason you believe the product you received is defective, please contact PhytoLogica Customer Service within 30 days of purchase date. You will be offered either a full refund of that product or have a replacement product shipped to you at no cost. Any Refunds due will be processed within 5 business days from the time of notification to Salus Nutraceuticals, and it will be made to the same payment method used for the order.
UNUSED PRODUCT IN ORIGINAL SEAL
Refunds will be issued for products which can be returned to our warehouse unused and still in their original seal within 30 days from original order date. Please contact Salus Nutraceuticals to receive an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and Instructions on where to return the unused product. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. No restocking fees will be charged. Any refunds due will be processed within 5 business days from the date of product physically returned to Salus Nutraceuticals, and it will be made to the same payment method used for the order.
Product exchanges will not be accepted. You may return any unopened product for a full refund, and place a new order for the new products you wish to purchase.
You may cancel an order at any time before the product is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for following the instructions related to returning unused product in its original seal. Please see above.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for product which has been opened, unless there is a Product Quality issue related to that product that can be verified.
We are not shipping internationally at this time, however if you order our products through Amazon.com, they will ship internationally and have their own return policies separate from Salus Nutraceuticals.
