As a Longevity & Holistic Health Practitioner, Heather has spent more than a decade helping individuals move beyond symptom management to uncover the root causes of imbalance and build a foundation for lasting health. Her approach combines evidence-informed wellness, nutrition, lifestyle optimization, botanical medicine, and the latest advancements in longevity science to support the body's natural ability to thrive.
Heather is also the founder of Heal From Within™, a wellness education platform dedicated to root-cause healing, and Novara Vitality™, a clinician-guided longevity and wellness platform focused on personalized health optimization. Together, these brands reflect her commitment to helping people take a proactive approach to healthy aging, metabolic health, hormone balance, cognitive performance, stress resilience, and overall vitality.
